FEATURES
The traditional analog circuits have been replaced with advanced digital circuit control system designs. The high-speed microcontroller continuously samples and self-tests the function circuits, accurately determining the real-time operating status of each circuit and performing fault analysis, ensuring high reliability and stable operation of the system.
To enhance the system’s reliable operation, an input and output electrical isolation circuit architecture is employed.
Advanced and mature circuit designs are used to improve the input power factor and reduce input harmonic currents. The average input current tracks the reference current and is not constrained by load current. Even if the load current has significant harmonics, it will not cause severe distortion in the input current.
The system features various comprehensive protection functions and alarm mechanisms, including input under-voltage/over-voltage protection, input surge protection, output overload and short-circuit protection, and over-temperature protection.
The heat dissipation is efficiently managed with a well-designed airflow system. Multiple high-power fans are used to ensure effective forced cooling.
The internal layout is rational, and wiring is simple, avoiding complicated production processes.
